Corey Rubin: Through Me

I am proud to be one of Pasco and Pinellas County’s premier full-time guitar instructors, who also has students under my bass, piano and drum tutelage. My own training began in Long Island, NY where I received my degree in music. This resulted in my tenure as a teacher for the last twenty-two years, first in NY then in Springhill, FL.

In addition to teaching privately, Hernando County hired me to teach with The Fine Arts Council as well as the YMCA many times over the years. As much as I enjoy the group settings, I truly feel that each person deserves individual attention & commitment. Therefore, I opened my own music school in Pasco County and was also recently hired to teach and manage the new music school at Sam Ash Music in Clearwater.

My personal experience is that while everyone learns at a different pace, they also learn with different styles. Whether you are an auditory and/or visual learner, no one needs to feel out of place when learning, because I employ whichever style best suits my student. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned professional (and age is of no issue), every effort will be made for you to learn and improve in a fun, upbeat, but serious environment.

Learning in a dedicated school of music, as opposed to learning in a less structured venue, gives you the personal attention you need and deserve to become the player you desire to be.

Lessons are held by appointment in New Port Richey at Bobagrees Downtown Music School located at 5743 Main St. New Port Richey, Fl. 34652. (727) 846-3700 and also at Sam Ash Music at the historic Kapok tree at 923 McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater, FL (727) 725-8062 ext.7. Please call for scheduling and fees.
